The room I occupied felt quite cramped. There was NO air conditioning, a major oversight , made the space uncomfortably warm. The noise from the street was excessive. I found the lack of soundproofing to be a significant issue. The room hardly lived up to expectations given the price I PAID.

I appreciated the great restaurant. the staff were very helpful. i also enjoyed the nice balcony. It provided a relaxing space, near a self service laundry was handy.

the towels felt very worn. the room lacked a window facing the street. some hotels in europe do not have air conditioning, so it felt very stuffy.

The complimentary upgrade to the Tower Suite with a jacuzzi on the roof terrace exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and the rooftop jacuzzi was a great plus. I found the selection of breakfast foods to be diverse and fresh.

The absence of air conditioning was noticeable. The provided fan, while helpful, created a distracting level of noise during the night.

The staff provided complimentary bus transport via a QR code. Breakfast offered a good spread daily in a beautiful restaurant. I liked the view of Mountain Pilatus from the balcony. It was magnificent.

The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep. Sleeping with the patio door open shouldn't be the only way to get airflow in the room. Hardwood floors seemed to amplify noise from other guests above. I could hear stomping above me late at night and early in the morning.
